Todd is on a mission to train the next wave of tech workers and not just the developer/coding gigs (aka "geek" jobs) but HR, marketing and all of the other roles with an increasing tech focus. All of this effort to fuel the next level of growth in the IT industry as well as the growth of his leading non profit trade association, CompTIA, which he has been the CEO of for the last 17 years.
